Andile Nqandela is a South African mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, and industrial leader whose work sits at the intersection of engineering excellence and African industrial advancement. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Brimis Engineering, a Middelburg-based company specialising in industrial valves and pumps, serving key players in South Africa’s mining and energy sectors, including Eskom, Exxaro, Anglo American, and South32.

With a strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering and ongoing MBA studies at Henley Business School, Nqandela began his career at Eskom as a Systems Engineer, where he gained hands-on experience in large-scale energy infrastructure.
